With the opening of the annual "Flowery March" International Economic and Trade Tourism Festival, the Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone has once again sounded the call for project commencement, following the centralized project launch ceremony held in the first month of the Lunar New Year.
On the morning of April 15, 2023, the Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone held a grand ceremony for the commencement of major projects during the 2023 "Flowery March" International Economic and Trade Tourism Festival at the Bangjie New Energy project site. A total of 22 projects, covering industrial, service, and infrastructure sectors, with a total investment of 38.5 billion yuan, were launched.
Among them is our company's new project, investing 150 million yuan to construct 200,000 cubic meters/year of building insulation panels and 100,000 tons/year of specialty construction mortar. Our company was invited to participate in the ceremony for these key projects. These projects cover a wide range of fields, have a large scale, excellent quality, and good benefits. They are of great significance for further optimizing the industrial structure, promoting transformation and upgrading, and facilitating the integration of industry and city. They will surely inject strong momentum into the high-quality development of the Economic and Technological Development Zone's "second entrepreneurship".
With the sounding of the call, the construction of our company's new factory project is in full swing, and the project has received strong support from district-level departments and leaders.
This morning, Zhu Boxing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Administrative Committee, Ding Jiaquan, Secretary of the Poxi Town Party Committee of the Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shuang Jiarong, Mayor of Poxi Town, and Li Haoxiang, Deputy Director of the Poxi Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park Management Office, visited our company's project site for the construction of 200,000 cubic meters/year of building insulation panels and 100,000 tons/year of specialty construction mortar to conduct on-site research and provide guidance. They were warmly received and accompanied by Gu Yibing, General Manager of Jiangsu Runxin Energy-saving Technology Development Co., Ltd., Sun Chuanjun, Chief Financial Officer, Liu Pirun, Vice General Manager of Jiangsu Runxin and General Manager of Yangzhou Runxin New Building Materials Co., Ltd., and Wang Shandong, Vice General Manager of Jiangsu Runxin and General Manager of Yangzhou Kezhong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.
Mr. Gu Yibing, the General Manager, first introduced the layout plan and construction schedule of the entire factory area to the leaders, with the main goal of ensuring full production by October this year. He then elaborated on the company's future product layout, market strategy, business model, and development ideas.
Director Zhu suggested that the company should leverage its advantages in engineering construction, do a good job in project construction, and expand its business advantages with the help of favorable government policies. Secretary Ding pointed out that the town government attaches great importance to the development of the company and will try its best to provide favorable conditions for the company's development. He hopes that our company will live up to expectations and contribute to the economic development of the region.
