Silicon Crystalene Non-removable Insulation Formwork is a single-material insulation material with reinforced structure. It is prefabricated in the factory, using Silicon Crystalene insulation board as the core material. The surfaces on both sides of the core material are coated with 3-5mm of plaster mortar composited with alkali-resistant coated fiberglass mesh as the reinforced structural protective layer, making it a board that combines both insulation and formwork functions. It can be used for prefabricated concrete reverse-struck insulated exterior wall panels and cast-in-place concrete non-removable insulation formwork. It has multiple advantages such as high strength and uniformity, large size for easy cutting, ultra-low water absorption, no embedded steel wires, A2 fire resistance rating, reinforced structural protective layer on the surface, and excellent performance in preventing hollowing, peeling, and durability.

Customizable cast-in-place concrete non-removable insulation formwork is available, which is high in strength and can be custom-made to any shape, integrated and molded in the factory, eliminating the need for on-site cutting and splicing. This reduces construction difficulty and matches the application of A-level insulation systems, ensuring that the overall fire performance of the exterior facade meets the standard.
