Product Introduction
The silent door core panel is made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) particles or graphite-modified polystyrene (GPS) particles as the aggregate, using specially formulated inorganic slurry. Through professional technical equipment, the materials are mixed, molded under pressure, demolded and cut, sanded, and other processes to produce a homogeneous, high-strength, honeycomb-structured door core filling material with non-combustible characteristics. Depending on the type of polystyrene particles used, it is divided into Nano-Mesoporous Silent Panel (made of expanded polystyrene particles, with a white appearance) and Graphite Solid Silent Panel (made of graphite-modified polystyrene particles, with a gray appearance). It has six product advantages: lightweight and high strength, high thermal insulation, stable moisture resistance, sound insulation and noise reduction, safety and fire prevention, and low-carbon environmental protection. Compared to traditional door core panels, it has more market advantages in terms of quality, performance, and environmental protection.
